We strongly recommend that you book in advance via the internet reservation from.
Booking deadline: request to be with us 8 days before your holiday. Only reservations paid for in their entirety are confirmed. No contract exists until the issue of your sales receipt with booking number.
Reserved activities cannot be modified.
Payment is accepted by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). All credit card information is transmitted on a secure server.
Our rates do not include: ski-lift pass, equipment hire and insurance. For peace of mind we recommend you take out a special insurance such as “Carte Neige” or “Snow Risk” (available from ski-lift pass office the Ski Club or the Morzine Tourist Office).
In the case of a cancellation, the following charges apply:
The the snow school reserves the right to modify or cancel certain activities, especially due to weather conditions, ski-lift breakdown, or other incidents. Instructors/ the snow school cannot be held responsible for this kind of problem, outside of its control.
No refund will be given by the snow school for unused lessons due to pupil illness late arrival, or accident. If the snow school cancels a lesson, only the value of the activity will be refunded. No other compensation will be given.
All lessons require a minimum number of pupils to run - these minimums are noted for each lesson type and level. In the event of not having sufficient pupils to maintain a course - private lessons to value paid or refund will be offered.
For safety purposes and the smooth running of the lessons we ask that you abide by the professional judgment of the instructor.
If you have a complaint/problem please let us know – so we can do our best to resolve it.
Give instructors any pertinent information necessary concerning your child
Make sure in all circumstances that your child is suitably equipped for all weather conditions - warm clothing, sun cream, goggles, tissues etc…and has a snack.
It is strongly recommended that all children wear a helmet, for snowboard lessons wrist protection is also recommended.
Make sure your chid has: their lesson card, ski-lift pass, and your contact details.
Encourage your child to ask for a toilet break if necessary.
Respect - the lesson start and finish times and meeting point
Abide by the professional judgment of the instructor. Avoid following lessons and calling out to the child.
