The shopping basket : A simple way to send your request by clicking on the shopping basket icon you can send through your lesson request in a structured format by lesson type and pupil names.
By phone: Let’s talk!! Call to discuss your options find out what we can do for you. Calls can be taken in English, Dutch or French. For all bookings a written confirmation is necessary.
Booking deadline: all requests need to be with
us at least 5 days before your holiday. We may be able to deal with a request
within a shorter delay and
will endeavour to do so; however we cannot guarantee that this is possible.
All requests are processed subject to availability.
Confirmed Bookings: Only bookings paid for in their entirety are confirmed.
No contract exists until the issue of your sales receipt with your booking
number. Lesson cards can be issued only for bookings paid for in full. Reserved
activities cannot be modified.
Payment: Payment is accepted by credit card - MasterCard or Visa. Cheques in
Euros. Cash in Euros in the office only.
NB: our rates do not include: ski-lift pass, equipment hire and insurance.
Insurance: For peace of mind we recommend you take out an insurance such as “Carte
Neige” or “Snow Risk” (available from ski-lift pass office

Lift passes: can be bought on-line via the lift-pass office website www.pleney.com
In the case of a cancellation, the following charges apply:
For a cancellation to be taken into account a written request is required
with a proof such as medical certificate. The date of reception of the letter
determines the date of cancellation.
the snow school reserves the right to modify or cancel certain activities,
especially due to weather conditions, ski-lift breakdown, or other incidents.
Instructors/the snow school cannot be held responsible for this kind of problem,
outside of its control.
No refund will be given by the snow school for unused presentations due to
pupil illness, late arrival, or accident. In these cases we can provide a proof
of cancellation/non-attendance for the purposes of insurance.
If the snow school cancels a presentation, only the value of the activity will
be refunded. No other compensation will be given.
All lessons require a minimum number of pupils to run - these minimums are
noted for each lesson type and level. In the event of not having sufficient
pupils to maintain a course - private lessons to value paid or refund will
be offered.
Safety & General Advice
If you have problem/complaint during your stay please let us know as soon as
possible so we can do our best to resolve it.
It is imperative that you are on time at the meeting point given by the snow
school. To be fair to other clients we are not able to wait for latecomers.
For safety purposes and the smooth running of the lessons we ask that you abide
by the professional judgment of the instructor.
All off piste practices carry a risk even in the company of a fully qualified
instructor.
Clients are not insured by the snow school during the lessons. So you can participate
with peace of mind make sure you have taken out insurance.
The snow school reserves the right to use any photographs taken during the
snow school activities for our promotional use such as our brochures, flyers,
website etc…
For your child’s wellbeing:
Do not exaggerate your child’s ability or age for their inscription this
avoids problems in the lessons.
Give instructors any pertinent information necessary concerning your child
Make sure in all circumstances that your child is suitably equipped for all
weather conditions - warm clothing, sun cream, goggles, tissues etc…and
has a snack.
It is strongly recommended that all children wear a helmet, for snowboard lessons
wrist protection is also recommended.
Make sure your child has: their lesson card, ski-lift pass (children from 5yrs
old), and your contact details.
Ensure your child has been to the toilet before the lesson. Encourage your
child to ask for a toilet break if necessary.
Respect - the lesson start and finish times and meeting point.
Abide by the professional judgment of the instructor. Avoid following lessons
and calling out to the child.
